What led Jay to where he is today is more about the standard he held himself to while growing up; never stop learning, and always do the best he can. Having chosen the path to serve his country with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), he realized quickly that the needs of the many and love thy neighbor meant much more than he could've possibly imagined.
To Jay, serving meant to selflessly give of himself for the greater good. Being open to this allowed him to develop certain skills over the years. How to be aware of his environment, self-confidence, and the ability to become adaptable to changing situations.
Little did he know that after serving over 24 years he would be operating his own design firm, adapting those very skills in a new and exciting environment. While still being an active member of the CAF, he has put together a solid design team with his wife Lindsey and business associate Brian Olton.
Their team is packed with talent ranging from designers, programmers, marketers, social media experts, as well as videographers.
The military taught Jay a lot about working in a team environment, and the importance of a fire team partner. That person to your left or right, who has your back just as much as you have theirs.
